Christina Raab is the market unit lead for Accenture in Austria, Germany and Switzerland (ASG). In this role, Christina supports clients from various industries with complex business transformations, increasing their digital footprint at rapid speed and creating new customer experiences to drive brand loyalty. She has a strong focus on creating new value for businesses, their employees and customers through the combination of technology and human-led innovation. She is also a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee.
Before taking on her role as market unit lead for ASG in September 2021, Christina led Accenture’s Products organization in ASG with responsibility for clients from the automotive, manufacturing and consumer goods industries, among others. In this role, she worked together with some of the company's top clients in the region to develop and implement digital growth strategies, new sales and service models as well as learning and upskilling programs for a digitally savvy workforce. Christina is convinced that creating and sustaining value for clients in a time of fast-paced change and compressive transformations requires new ways of working together with partners and a strong ecosystem approach.
Throughout her career at Accenture, which she started in 2000 as a Strategy consultant, Christina has been passionate about driving the company’s inclusion and diversity agenda. She is actively involved in many company-wide initiatives in this field, such as the Pride@Accenture network, and has also been keen to promote gender equality, cultural diversity and LGBTIQ rights externally.
Christina has a master’s degree in business administration and business Italian from the University of Passau. Christina speaks German, English and Italian fluently.
