🎯 Contexte & enjeux
Dans le cadre de projets de migration, modernisation applicative et industrialisation sur AWS, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Cloud AWS certifié pour concevoir, déployer et opérer des plateformes cloud robustes, sécurisées et automatisées.
🧩 Missions principales
1) Conception & architecture (Build)
- Concevoir des environnements AWS scalables, résilients et sécurisés (multi-comptes, réseau, IAM, logs, monitoring).
- Définir des patterns d’architecture : microservices, event-driven, conteneurs, serverless, data pipelines.
- Contribuer aux choix techniques (services AWS, design HA/DR, coûts, performance).
2) Implémentation & industrialisation (DevOps / Platform Engineering)
- Mettre en place l’Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) et les standards (modules, nomenclatures, tagging).
- Construire/optimiser les pipelines CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline…).
- Automatiser les déploiements et l’exploitation (golden paths, self-service, GitOps si applicable).
3) Sécurité, conformité & fiabilité (Security by design / SRE)
- Implémenter les bonnes pratiques : IAM least privilege, KMS, secrets management, segmentation réseau.
- Mettre en œuvre l’observabilité : logs, métriques, traces, alerting (CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, Datadog…).
- Contribuer aux exigences de conformité (politiques, auditabilité, durcissement, runbooks).
4) Exploitation & optimisation (Run / FinOps)
- Participer au support N2/N3 et à la résolution d’incidents, RCA, amélioration continue.
- Optimiser coûts et consommation (rightsizing, Savings Plans/RI, stockage, scheduling, autoscaling).
- Documenter et diffuser les standards/bonnes pratiques (playbooks, templates, onboarding).

🧠 Compétences techniques requises
AWS (bonne maîtrise)
- Réseau : VPC, Subnets, TGW, NACL, Security Groups, Route53
- Sécurité : IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudTrail, Config, GuardDuty
- Compute : EC2, ASG, ECS/EKS, Lambda
- Data & intégration : S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, EventBridge
- Ops : CloudWatch, Systems Manager, Backup, Organizations/Control Tower (atout)
DevOps / IaC
- Terraform (fortement souhaité) / CloudFormation
- CI/CD, Git, containerisation (Docker), Kubernetes (EKS) apprécié
- Scripting : Python, Bash (ou équivalent)
Bonnes pratiques
- Sécurité by design, réseau, chiffrement, gestion des accès
- HA/DR, performance, observabilité
- Culture “automatisation d’abord”
🎓 Certifications & expérience
- Certification AWS obligatoire :
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional ou
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
- Expérience : 3+ ans sur AWS (ou plus selon séniorité), avec des réalisations concrètes (migration, plateforme, industrialisation).
