What we're looking for:
Someone to lead major projects as both an architect and a manager, who will ensure that we design and deliver great value and tangible results to our clients. This person will manage client projects that are focused on designing and delivering leadership solutions in a way that best reflects the business priorities of our current and potential clients.

What's in it for you:
This is a pivotal role in Cirrus, reporting directly to the Head of Consulting and responsible for representing our brand to all clients and managing external supplier relationships. This person will have the opportunity to take ownership of internal relationships with client partners, consultants and design team, as well as the delivery hub co-ordinators and administrators, digital and creative teams as required by their projects. The role represents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious and creative individual.
As a Lead Consultant, you will:
Maintain partnership based, sustainable relationships with major clients
Use analysis, insight and expertise to create innovative and robust learning solutions that provide tangible results for clients
Lead and deliver high quality projects that deliver commercial and project outcomes for the client
Deliver high value activity where important to the overall programme (e.g. strategic/executive facilitation, coaching, and team development and large scale events and programmes)
Facilitate events professionally, credibly and with real enthusiasm that engenders a positive response from participants
Work effectively as part of the Cirrus team; manage project team and faculty to ensure client outcomes
Support Cirrus client partners to identify and build business development opportunities; support pitch/proposal development
Keep Cirrus leadership, talent or engagement services at the leading edge in the market; creating case studies, writing articles/speaking/blogging etc.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Demonstrable expertise/technical ability in high quality leadership development programmes which drive sustainable behavioural change; blended learning solutions
Specific expertise in blended learning solutions, digital and virtual learning delivery is a prerequisite
Consultancy skills – diagnose, design, deliver
How to set yourself apart:
Degree level required
We ideally would like someone to have an MSc or similar in organisational change, leadership behaviour and a well recognised coaching qualification
A high degree of proficiency in written and spoken English
Excellent Microsoft Office and technology skills
Additional languages desirable
