Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of comprehensive engineering services aimed at developing effective technical solutions. The role includes collaborating with various teams to address engineering challenges, applying a blend of scientific, socio-economic, and technical knowledge. Daily activities encompass working on structural and stress design aspects, assisting in qualification processes, managing configuration details, and contributing to technical management efforts to meet business goals efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining engineering processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical data for project support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices related to aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering principles in the context of manual authoring and technical communication.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
