We’re looking for a Workplace Platform and Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise workplace platforms with a focus on security, compliance, and reliability. You’ll work with technologies like Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Azure AD, and more to ensure a secure and optimized environment for our global teams.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:
Analyst: 1900 - 2350 €
Senior Analyst: 2500 - 2950 €
Team Lead: 3300 - 4000 €
Associate Manager: 3800 - 4700 €
What you will do:
Manage Active Directory, OUs, Group Policies, and Security Groups
Administer SCCM for deployment, imaging, and patching
Configure and manage Intune & Azure AD (identities, conditional access)
Ensure endpoint and network security, including zero-trust concepts
Implement and maintain DFS Servers, GPOs, and Windows Server environments
Automate tasks with PowerShell scripting
Support backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
What we are looking for:
Experience with AD, SCCM, Intune, and Azure AD
Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall management
Familiarity with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)
PowerShell scripting skills
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
ITIL experience is a plus
Fluency in English & EU citizenship (due to project)
