◆具体的な仕事内容
お客様の広報課題に対する戦略的支援を行うPRチーム（Integrated PR Communication）にて下記の主に下記の業務を実施いただきます。
・PR戦略の企画・立案、施策実行、効果測定の一貫管理
・メディアリレーション構築
・プレスリリース、ニュースレター、SNS投稿などのコンテンツ制作
・イベント（新商品発表会や記者会見等）企画・運営、SNS等デジタルチャネル活用
・不祥事やトラブル発生時の対応策立案と実行
・データ分析やAIを活用したインサイト抽出・効果測定
・クライアントの経営層や多国籍チームとの協働

Integrated PR Communicationチームはアクセンチュアのコンサルティング・IT・BPOなど多様なサービス領域にPRを統合し、戦略立案から実行、効果測定まで一気通貫でサービスを提供しています。従来型のPR業務受託を超え、経営課題に直結したPR戦略の伴走支援を強みとしています。企業のコスト削減とブランド価値向上、さらに市場競争力強化の両面で新たな価値創出を実現します。

・経営課題に連動したPR戦略の立案
・メディア、インフルエンサー、SNS、Webサイトなど多チャネル統合型の情報発信
・AI活用による効果測定やターゲティング最適化
・危機管理・リスク対応（リアルタイムモニタリング体制）
・ブランド価値向上施策、社内浸透施策
・グローバルキャンペーンの企画・実行
・お客様向けダッシュボードを活用した使った効果可視化
◆応募要件（MUST）
・学歴：四大卒以上
・経験：以下いずれかの経験を3年以上
- PRもしくは広告代理店での広報/PR戦略企画・実施経験
- 事業会社でのマーケティング・広報の実務経験
※広告代理店での広告戦略企画実施経験をお持ちで、今後は広報/PR領域で活躍したいという方も歓迎。
・スキル
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上

・ただ「露出させる」のではなく、世の中にどう伝えるべきか、情報の加工・戦略的発信を考えられる方
・経営事経営上の事項として広報・PRを捉え、サービス開発や経営課題まで踏み込む視点をお持ちの方（もしくはそういった視点に関心のある方）
・PRの本質や新しい価値創造に挑戦したいとお考えの方
