Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models as part of the overall solution, while also working with various AI techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven applications is a key aspect of the daily workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and image processing solutions.
- Skilled in integrating AI models into production-ready systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
