The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The role demands a thoughtful approach to designing effective business processes that support organizational goals and enhance overall efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions by coordinating with technical teams.
- Assist in validating that proposed solutions meet business needs and objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with tools used for documenting and managing business requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
