Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams to drive successful outcomes.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business strategies with technology solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to foster a shared understanding of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating collaboration across multiple teams.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
