Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to backend services. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The workday includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, all while maintaining a focus on cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies. The engineer continuously refines and optimizes system components to address complex business challenges, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust backend performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align development efforts with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Understanding of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
