What would you do? Job Summary: • The Business Reporting and Governance Manager is required to have an entrepreneur approach to team management and drive growth by delivering high value for stakeholders through various initiatives • Key influencer to drive the BRG values and principles across span • This role is required to deploy and deliver on a portfolio of products like Client & Leadership Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management and Change Management. • Excellent project management, team management, client facing skills and experience along with strong business acumen and ability to solve business problems • Ability to multi-task across several projects in a dynamic environment and deliver with high diligence • The role is a combination of individual contributor and managerial tasks. Experience in managing team of 30 or more people is a must • Client relationship management experience also required
What are we looking for? Desired skills/qualifications: • 20+ years of experience overall with minimum 10-15 years in Business Intelligence, Reporting and client facing roles • Masters/bachelor’s degree in engineering/Information Technology or Computer Science preferred • Project Management Experience and certifications • Excellent communication and expectation management skills • Exposure in managing SQL,VBA or visualization projects Additional Requirements: • High degree of ownership • Flexibility to travel • Flexible hours to accommodate global meeting times
Roles and Responsibilities: Makes significant people decisions, including leading people engagement initiatives and macro-level performance appraisals in support of compensation and promotion cycles Work with Account and Service Delivery leadership to ensure timely delivery of complete portfolio of Business Reporting and Governance Services Ensure services are constantly aligned to the contractual requirements Consulting role to clients and senior leadership as an expert on Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management and Change Management Share knowledge across organizational boundaries and act as a role model within Accenture Provides career counselor guidance to junior team members Ensure all projects within span are operating within the budget Drives various team initiatives and priorities like analytics, automation, visualization and innovation Guide team members within span to excel in their deliverables and drive performance Understand business problems and drive solutions to resolve business/operational challenges. Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting Select, configure and implement analytics solutions Liaise with internal process owners for Governance, Change Management, Satisfaction Surveys, Incident Management and Performance Reporting Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights, with the right visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) Knowledge of MS Office and SQL (preferred); familiarity with business intelligence tools Attention to detail and Problem-Solving Aptitude Review and analyze satisfaction surveys; summarize findings; work with contract service delivery team leads to determine remedial actions
