Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operational continuity. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate problem solving skills. Beginner communication skills. Intermediate collaboration skills. Beginner analytical thinking. Intermediate adaptability.
