Process Federal Reliability Status security clearance applications.

 

  • Determine resource eligibility.

  • Provide process guidance.

  • Add applicant to tracking sheet.

  • Initiate application in federal portal.

  • Review completed application and either submit for approval or contact the applicant regarding revisions.

  • If the applicant was born outside of Canada, provide proof of status upon CSP’s request.

  • Upon approval, distribute clearance certificate & security orders to the relevant resource, update tracking sheet, and notify the relevant project team.·      

 

 

Process upgraded Federal clearances to Secret and Top-Secret clearance levels.

 

Other key duties:

 

  • Federal Out-of-Country Verification (OCV) clearance applications.

  • Federal security clearance renewals.

  • Federal security clearance terminations.

  • Client projects onboarding.

  • Execute and support clearance process for agencies that have a modified clearance process.

  • VCRs, requests for resources’ permission to enter federal client sites.

  • Reporting Requests and explaining policies to key stakeholders.

  • Back up to Company Security Officer (CSO) role.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative and coordination experience in either a corporate or government setting.

  • Familiar with Federal and/or Provincial government contracting and security processes.

  • Must have OR be able to obtain federal personal security clearance (10 years Canada residency and Canada citizenship).

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Outlook.

  • Ability to work in the Accenture office 3 – 5 days per week (as determined by Workplace Lead).

  • Discreet; Listens and articulates stakeholder interests and expectations, while providing real-time information exchange.

Education

  • Post-Secondary Education – college diploma or relevant certification 

Language

  • English.  French would be an asset.
