You Are:

A Recruiting and Onboarding Leader with the expertise to guide clients through digital transformation. Your human-centered approach, creativity, and analytical thinking enable you to resolve complex HR challenges. Skilled at intricate project analysis, technical and architectural planning, you inspire team members to excel.

The Work: 

  • Use insights to initiate transformation in recruiting and onboarding, either domain- or platform-led
  • Guide clients on how SAP can enhance their talent acquisition and integration.
  • Set strategies for short-term recruiting and onboarding goals.
  • Exercise judgment to drive critical recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for quarterly instance refresh activity.
  • Take responsibility for quarterly RBP (role-based permission) security reviews.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.


Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a support role (Application Management Service experience) in a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
  • Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, particularly in Recruiting and Onboarding module
  • Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
  • Eligibility for Reliability Security Clearance
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
  • Flexibility to travel to client locations.

Bonus points if:

  • Eligible for secret security clearance
  • Understand SAP's business development process related to HR solutions.
  • Certified in Recruitment Management and Employee Central modules.
  • Possess deep knowledge of SAP on-premises and conceptual familiarity with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Bilingual (English and French)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
