Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology. Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our transformational approach to sales brings clients the right combination of expert technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. 

The Cloud Sales Specialist is responsible for driving growth through uncovering new opportunities within new and existing accounts. The CSS should be comfortable with client issues and be able to provide a best-in-class customer experience. Educate customer on new solutions that bring value to the ever-changing environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:·    

  • Successfully managing the sales cycle, including owning opportunity validation, pipeline progression and potential deal closure.

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with internal partners to ensure the customer’s business needs are efficiently addressed.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve target # of new business growth

  • Create and deploy tailored strategies to attain sales and revenue objectives by proposing solution that incorporate the complete scope of cloud products/services.

  • As a “Trusted Advisor”, introduce new cloud solutions-accountable at each stage of the sales process; from lead generation to delivery hand off.

  • Strong Funnel management experience

  • Profile customers and correctly document with appropriate tools utilizing teams CRM



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of cloud sales experience

  • Reside in the Toronto Metro Area (required to sit within 100 miles/161 kilometers of the Accenture HQ in Toronto)

  • French/English Bilingual

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience preferable in cloud sales

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including annunciation of words on a phone and use of professional business language

  • Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud- based technology industry

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high paced work environment

  • History of earning and interested in earning various sales skills certifications

  • Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge about complex IT systems and products for marketing purposes

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity

  • Daily time management and the ability to work independently
