As an Associate Director in the Capital Markets practice, you will be responsible for:

  • Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives, decision making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
  • Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to review the evaluation of processes, recommended improvement opportunities and proposed roadmap
  • Managing cross functional teams and/or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture
  • Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
  • Supporting and initiating business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients
  • Responsible for growing the business by leveraging network to grow opportunities
  • Supporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture points of view, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
  • Responsible for people development and becoming a leader within the practice
     

It is our intention for our people to work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there may be times when you will need to travel.
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a senior technology delivery / transformation / program leader role
  • 10+ years delivery experience in capital markets/asset management platforms, across front, middle and back office preferred
  • Proven track record across multiple implementations within capital markets / asset management industry
  • Ability to travel up to 100 %
  • Ability to present to senior project or program stakeholders
  • Experience building and managing teams
  • A Bachelor's degree
