You are:
As a Principal Director within Advanced Customer Engagement (ACE) Industry Solutions Practice you will act as an ACE Solutions Client Engagement Lead and ACE Solutions Integration Lead to position ACE/Solutions.AI products against the competitors, lead value advisory and opportunity pursuits, define and bring industry-relevant ACE Solutions to the market. You will develop the Business case for SAP transformations with Applied Intelligent technologies and ACE solutions. As a part of our Product Management Leadership team, you will manage a portfolio of ACE Industry innovations aimed at improving customer experience, product usability, marketing effectiveness and user engagement. You will drive complex ACE Solution deliveries as an Engagement lead to help our Client with their customer transformation initiatives.  

The work:

1. Sales Origination & Business Development
•    Lead value advisory and opportunity pursuits for Advanced Customer Engagement (ACE) solutions for clients across all Canadian regions and US. Drive GTM activities for ACE industry solutions and build the ACE solutions pipeline. Act as a product evangelist to position ACE/Solutions.AI products against the competitors together with ACE Portfolio Lead and ACE Solution Architect.
•    Solution advisory to define and bring industry-relevant ACE Solutions to the market. Expert in defining innovative Customer Engagement solutions, which are integrated across multiple AI components such as Virtual Agent, Advanced Analytics (Machine Learning), Natural Language Processing and Image Recognition, Robotic Process Automations, including connectors with back-end systems such as SAP to support transactional use cases. Use process benchmarking to explore new business models and discover value opportunities with Advanced Analytics and AI/ML.
•    Business case development for SAP transformations with Applied Intelligent technologies and ACE solutions. Develop value propositions for integrated business applications on how the ACE stack can compliment SAP solutions to drive automation and business improvement.  Define requirements and impactful use cases on how SAP customers can benefit out of ACE/Solutions.AI products. Perform competitive benchmarking (ROI analysis) for customers to identify opportunity areas using the Value Lifecycle Management approach.

2. Client Engagement Management 
•    Lead complex client deliveries of ACE Solutions programs. Manage complex integrated programs, act as a crisis manager, managing program escalations, and putting a recovering improvement plan to get to a stable state.

3. Product Management 
•    Manage a portfolio of ACE Industry innovations aimed at improving customer experience, product usability, marketing effectiveness and user engagement. Industry solutions to complement Applied Intelligence/ACE with SAP S4/Hana: hands-on experience in developing value propositions and implementing Accenture's Customer Engagement Solutions.  
•    Suggest new product feature for the ACE product stack and Solutions.AI products, negotiate prioritization of these feature with Product Development teams (Product Owners, Solution Leads) to meet timelines of ongoing Delivery projects and gain competitive advantage with the new Business opportunities.

Here's what you need:

1.    10+ years of experience in defining Value propositions and Delivering Complex Solutions
2.    Computer Science Master’s degree.  
3.    Publications in top AI venues on ML and AI topics to position Accenture solutions on international market.
4.    Deep expertise in Virtual Agent products, Advanced Analytics, Integrations through REST APIs, micro-services architecture.
5.    Industry experience (Retail, Utilities, Public Sector, Resources and Mining, Finance, Telecom).
6.    Deep expertise in Conversational AI/Analytics solutions for Call Centers, Customer care, e-Commerce: working knowledge of the ACE chatbot platform and its integration with SAP S4/CRM backends, intelligent IVR, Dialer, PBX.
7.    Completed projects on improving customer and employee experiences (workforce analytics) with the conversational AI assistant. Experience in big-data platforms and advanced data analytics techniques to perform omni-channel analytics, customer profiling and sentiment analysis, and deliver on insights and analytics for Customer Support, Case Volumes, Call Deflections, Case Escalation Prediction, Call Volume Forecasting, Routing Effectiveness, Tiered Support.
8.    Experience as a cross-functional product manager for integrated business applications with advanced AI/ML capabilities. Working knowledge in several SAP business domains: “Supply” (Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfill), “Products/Services” (Idea to Market), “Customer” (Lead to Cash). Business architect to recognize improvement opportunities in SAP PTP/OTC/FIN/RTR processes with AI/ML solutions.
9.    10+ years of experience in program management (teams of 50+ resources) and agile delivery.
10.    Fluent English and working French
