Job Description
 
Cloud Computing professionals provide skills and experience related to Cloud Computing, applying a business and technology model for delivering and acquiring IT services in a utility-like fashion.
 
Cloud-Agile Infrastructure professionals apply cloud based infrastructure technology.
 
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops to gather technical requirements, compare ServiceNow baseline and best practice capabilities to customer needs and capture the required configuration changes to meet the customer needs, and discuss and design the data requirements and integration techniques best suited to connect external systems to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Understand the process and product gaps between baseline ServiceNow functionality and specific customer needs.
  • Work with the solution consultants and other technical staff to translate business requirements to system design.
  • Document processes, RACI matrices, and procedures to deliver a consistent and quality experience to customers.
  • Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
  • Use own judgment to determines optimal solution to recommend.
  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
  • Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

 

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Business Process Consultant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with ITIL
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Implementations
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products and add-ons
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • ITIL V2 or V3 Foundations Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Intermediate, or Expert Level
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
  • Project Management
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in business process improvement, leveraging information and technology
  • Strong Agile software development background
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
