Resources-Cross Industry professionals develop and deliver business solutions across all Energy, Mining, Utilities, and Chemical and Natural Resources industries.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Has some latitude in decision-making.  Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility. 
Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Key features of the role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager with experience in advising and/or configuring Maximo for Utilities in the Transmission & Distribution space
As a Technology Consulting Senior Manager, you’ll be working primarily as part of a small project team, utilizing your industry, process, and technology knowledge and experience with Maximo to solve business problems, shaping process solutions.
You will be able to identify areas where Maximo can be leveraged to add value, and just as importantly know where it won’t.
What we're looking for:

10+ years of Management Consulting / Professional Services experience
5+ years of experience of selling and advising clients on leveraging Maximo within the Utilities/Transmission & Distribution industry
5+ years of Functional Design experience
5+ years of experience serving Resources Industry (Oil & Energy, Utilities, Mining) 
5+ years of Implementation & Advisory experience
Hands-on experience in advising, configuring and implementing Maximo technology 
Experience collaborating directly with client stakeholders to understand challenges and translate into requirements
Attention to detail and ability to synthesize information that will define requirements and design solutions
Proven success leading teams and projects  

What other qualifications or skills do I need?

Educated to Bachelor’s Degree level 
Onshore, client-facing experience combined with Offshore coordination 
Hands-on delivery of IT initiatives or Management Consulting engagement  
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
Strong career progression to date
