As a Strategy Summer Analyst, you will help our clients lead in the New, by solving their biggest business challenges, on issues such as digital disruption, competitive agility, operating and business models, and future workforce.
 
Our 10 week summer program begins with an orientation customized to provide core Strategy skill training and introduction to the Strategy practice, our work, and our people.  You’ll take the training you receive in Orientation and apply it to serving our clients on their most strategic challenges and opportunities. Throughout the summer program you can expect to learn through you project work as well as through weekly social, networking and training events.
 
Your journey starts in our Accenture Strategy Analyst Development Program (ASADP), where we will nurture your skills throughout the internship. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with our ASADP community, while conducting research, performing rigorous analysis, defining the case for change and solving business problems creatively. If you rejoin Accenture Strategy and aspire to obtain an MBA, our Accenture Strategy Scholars Program provides financial support.

Your Role as a Strategy Summer Analyst

  • Business and operating model design
  • Planning and go-to-market strategy
  • Workforce strategy and talent development

Basic Qualifications
Accenture Strategy Summer Analysts are forward-thinking, well-rounded individuals with a record of outstanding academic performance and high learning agility. We’re looking for individuals who can work in an open and entrepreneurial way.
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum overall GPA of 3.3 (with a graduation between December 2019 and April 2020) 
  • Degree Type/Major: All majors considered
  • Strong Critical Thinking, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill
It is currently our objective to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given the nature of our business and our need to serve our clients our employees must be available to travel when needed.
