Your Role:
Accenture Applied Intelligence is actively recruiting a Senior Manager with Analytics experience in the Retail, CPG and Transportation industries. The Senior Manager will be a key member of the growing global Applied Intelligence business, playing a critical role in helping to further expand Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice, with specific focus on the delivery of Retail, CPG and Transportation analytics services and business development.

This position will be responsible for helping to architect, sell and deliver complex and innovative engagements.  In addition, the position will support the development of relevant offering strategies, assets, capabilities and resources.
•Lead and support digital transformation with a focus on customer experience and/or employee experience
•Contribute to offering development to help take capabilities to the market, position against client problems, and feed industry issues and business needs into the offering development 
•Assume a client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into workable solutions that deliver business benefits 
•Capture business requirements and help shape the data, technology, process and people capabilities required to sustain analytics offerings 
•Identify, develop and enhance opportunities for additional client value creation, operational efficiency, sales and client relationships 
•Partner with client teams across Digital, Strategy, Consulting and Operations to understand business problems, develop client proposals and formulate business & technical solutions linked to business value 
•Help identify, develop and manage relationships with key business and technology partners and ensure all engagements identify and deliver maximum value for clients 
•Lead large-scale Applied Intelligence engagements and interpret analytical insights to clients in a business context that drives value 
•Support chief solution, technical and data architects with smooth transition of analytic consulting engagements 
•Integrate and develop various advanced analytical methods within client environments
Basic Qualifications:
 
•Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting experience  
•Minimum of 5 years of analytics practitioner experience with an emphasis in the Retail, CPG and Transportation industries
•Ability to convey complex concepts, technology, and business value propositions to senior stakeholders, including presenting to small and large audiences
•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computational Finance)
•Ability to lead initiatives involving sales, marketing and customer analytics, supply chain analytics and organizational transformation 

Additional Skills:
•Ensures quality of engagement deliverables, meeting / exceeding client expectations, while managing financial targets 
•Manages development of the business case, acting as primary value Architect for client and Accenture 
•Deal and engagement / solution shaping skills 
•Pricing, solution pursuit, and win strategy skills 
•Understanding / experience with Data Discovery, Big Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics and Visualization/Consumption
•Digital Strategy & Transformation
•Marketing Mix Modelling, Customer Analytics and Supply Chain Analytics
•Capability in Data Science and Analytics Modeling skills; familiarity with Analytics tools (e.g. SAS, R, Python, Spark, etc.) 
•Experience in Machine learning methods and technologies 
•High level solution architecture
•Ability to work around a dynamic business and travel schedule (up to 80% as necessary)
