The Account Strategy Lead is responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership for a portfolio of business comprised of regional priority client accounts.  

The Account Strategy Lead is the continuous thread from opportunity generation through to delivery and beyond. They are responsible for identifying and maintaining a target account list and account plans for target accounts in addition to building and deepening relationships with the client and client account teams to broaden and continue the dialogue.

As an Account Strategy Lead, you are responsible for:
  • Growth
  • Identify and grow network within Accenture
  • Foster positive relationships with clients as the primary point of contact for project sponsorship/client executives within Fjord
  • Evolves from one-off individual projects into long-term programs
  • Work with Go To Market teams to generate new business
  • Prepare account plans, pipeline reports, and opportunity briefs
  • Assists in developing solution for opportunities
  • Leads and facilitates client and industry thought leadership
  • Delivery
  • Advocate for client and account team objectives 
  • Own knowledge of overall client business objectives, and how the project fits into their overall objectives 
  • Bring continuity to the sales and program management process
  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
  • Provides account-level communication and overall governance
  • Track and communicate account-level risks

Your experience: 
  • 7–10 years of strategy and account management, preferably at an agency or design consultancy.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
