Test Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the quality assurance and testing of all application systems, their data and their performance as it pertains to their delivery team. This may result in the interaction and managing of internal QA resources. Candidate will be responsible for all planning, monitoring, and managing of the application & data test initiatives, as well as strategy and approach from initiation through completion for the specified delivery team. This will include any web service, batch, UI or integration components and any legacy systems that require alterations or integration as part of the scope of the specified delivery team. The scope of work may include all associated functional (manual and automated), performance and end-to-end test support. Candidate needs to have strong skills in quality assurance planning and execution & integrated testing support activities. Candidate needs to have strong organization, communication and management negotiations skills.
Test Managers play a critical role in delivering value to our clients. Applying business and functional knowledge, they develop end-to-end testing architectures and plans. They are adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments with different stakeholders. Eager to expand their knowledge on automation and advise on innovative testing products and solutions enabling seamless experiences across channels transforming processes and applications
  • Min 10 + years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of leading and managing complex Testing efforts, including experience with all phases of testing: Test Design, System, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Automation Testing and Performance Testing
  • Hands-on experience in defining overall testing strategies/methodologies for various technology platforms.
  • Good understanding of SDLC
  • Must have Agile testing experience and good understanding of DevOps framework of continuous Integration, continuous testing and continuous deployment.
  • Exposure to defining/Tracking/Reporting Critical Quality matrices.
  • Should have min 2 years of Salesforce testing experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies, industry tools, and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Test Management Tools and Integration with delivery governance
  • Ability to coordinate multiple agile team’s testing activity for integration testing
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineer or Electronics Engineer
  • Bilingualism is preferred: French and English
