This position is within Accenture's Services workforce. This is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our client's move ahead of the competition
 
Profile Summary :  

 

Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities.

Providing technical guidance regarding workability of designs, architecture and testing.

Manage different applications and coordinate with different teams.

IT strategy and road map definition with risk assessment services.

Managing functional change requests by reviewing and correcting documented requirements, obtaining client sign-offs and managing SharePoint repository for Project.

Managing & executing analysis for business (functional) and technical defects during or after implementation.

Vendor evaluation and IT application portfolio rationalization.

Functional Assurance services for IT projects.

Responsible for functional test scenarios definition & review, overseeing test case execution, defect management and documentation of results.

Analysis and mapping of business processes.

Functional specification documentation.

Managing and conduction client workshops for business & process analysis and clarification.

Working with client project team managers for GAP identification and IT solution definition.

Performing the role of SME (subject matter expert) for IT system development and support teams.

Project Management and assuring one-time project delivery milestones are achieved.

Responsible for Tracking and logging all functional issues and their resolutions.

 

Basic Qualifications: 

 

•  4 years Bachelor Degree

•  5+ year experience of working on Service Delivery, ITIL, Problem Management

•  Service Now, Salesforce,Mule Soft,Enterprise Content Management, Cisco Information server, Share point

•  3+ years on Enhancement and Project Managements

Salary Range:  $75100 CAD to $78100 CAD Annually
 
Employee will be eligible for pay increases due to pay review that are consistent with company and market standards
