The Pega Sales Lead - Senior Manager, will be responsible to drive and support pre-sales activities on existing and new clients, providing solutions to solve for our client’s strategic and operational business problems, leveraging Accenture methodologies, Accenture assets and the Accenture global network.
The candidate should have strong consulting and business skills in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities, and demonstrated experienced working with complex business processes, originating or delivering managed service opportunities.
The right candidate will be creative and resourceful and will utilize traditional and out of the box solutions to achieve superior business outcomes.
The Pega Sales Lead - Senior Manager will focus on our Accenture Foundation Platform for Pega and Robotic Process Automation offerings. These offerings aim to support our clients wanting to embrace automation in their operations to transform the way they operate today and become high performance business. In this role, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the process automation spectrum – from BPM and Workflow automation to artificial intelligence including robotics process automation. The candidate will be able to explain to our clients the benefits of these technologies, how they will transform the operations function, and how clients need to manage their automation journey.
To create innovative solutions for our clients the candidate will be required to work with different internal Accenture teams, focusing on maximizing the value for both our clients and Accenture.
The Pega Sales Lead - Senior Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Initiate contacts with potential new customers, in different industries
  • Promote Pega and Accenture’s Alliance towards Accenture account teams
  • Meet with senior management at existing and potential clients to discuss their needs and match these to Accenture offerings
  • Attend or organize round tables, seminars, etc.
  • Work with Accenture Canada’s Lead Pega Solution Architect & account teams to tailor the offering to the exact needs of the customers
  • Develop Solutions with a clear value proposition and business outcome
  • Partner effectively with Account teams to source and sell new opportunities, understanding the client’s business priorities and operational challenges
  • Develop real world solutions to resolve client business needs
  • Develop and articulate automation proof of concept for clients including strategy, scope, staffing, engagement setup and execution.
  • Manage a team to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion
  • Engage with senior level stakeholders effectively in a dialogue
  • Develop new methodologies and assets to support Pega projects
  • Work with deal teams to provide subject matter expertise and industry / offering insights for important client proposals and RFPs.


Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in one of the following areas: HR, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Marketing or Procurement
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Solution Planning/Deal Shaping
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with designing and/or implementing Workflow and  Process Automation solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree
    Preferred Skills
  • Experience leading teams
  • Experience with process design / re-design
  • Process documentation and/or process training experience
