Resumes and interviews
When you click “submit” on your application on, your resume goes straight into the hands of our recruiters. To ensure your resume stands out, tailor your skills to the job you want.
Candidates complete a behavioural interview, case study (where appropriate) and/or a skills assessment. During the process, we provide candidates with opportunities to meet current Accenture people to help them evaluate their own comfort level with our work styles and culture. We believe that is equally important for the candidate to feel that we are the right fit for them and make connections to people other than the interviewers if they wish. In the final stages of the process, a final interview is where Accenture confirms the candidate understands our culture, our business and the impact Accenture has in the world. We believe it is in the best interest of our people and our company to take the time to make sure we find a good fit for everybody. We don’t work from a single mould – we know that diversity in culture, background and perspective makes us a stronger team.

The application process
The job posting is visible through Accenture Careers and can be searched by title and job number.
It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete an application, but there is no timer and we encourage taking time and care when entering information.
Applications can be completed on mobile devices and computers. Unfortunately, we do not collect physical resumes.
Yes. Situations change, people gain new skills and role requirements change so we welcome people to reapply.
Feedback is provided after interviews are completed.
We try and move as quickly as possible. We know it can be an anxious time waiting for feedback. Your recruiter will keep you updated on timelines.
We try and review all applications as quickly as possible and you should hear from us within a week on your application outcome.
