Our global network of Operations professionals have core capabilities that range from Solution Development through to Account Leadership. Accenture Operations is Accenture's Delivery Team for the full range of Business Services offered to our client’s working across the entire range of industry sectors and Offerings. Roles available can include Solution and Offering Development, Mobilisation and Project Management, Delivery, Account leadership and a wide range of Business Excellence and Technology roles.

You’ll do transformation work on areas such as Finance & Accounting, Talent & HR, Network Operations, Supply Chain and Sourcing & Procurement across various industries. Your experience will help you build market-relevant skills.

To qualify, you need to be in your final year in uni or you have graduated in the past two years.

This program is open to applicants from all disciplines and backgrounds. You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident.

Our industry is driven by client demand, which means we place people on projects where our clients need them most. So, as well as being flexible and adaptable, having an open mind and patience are a real bonus.

Overall, you’ll need a real passion for Operations and a desire to grow your skills. If you’re analytical, a strong communicator and you love to solve problems within a team environment, we’d like to hear from you.

Step 1: Application

We look at your academic and leadership achievements, teamwork skills and interest in our work. We want to know why you want to join us and what you’re into. We’ll ask you to send your CV.

Step 2: Eligibility and HR review

Once we’ve received your application, we’ll review your CV for eligibility and suitability for our graduate roles, then we’ll be in touch for the next steps.

Step 3: HR touchpoint

If something about you catches our eye, we’ll reach out for a chat and let you know if we’re planning on any further discussions or skill testing.

Step 4: Virtual assessment centre

Successful candidates will be invited to an interactive virtual assessment day, which includes a team activity and case study.

Step 5: Final virtual interviews

This step of the process involves a one-on-one interview with an Accenture leader to ensure that we are mutually a good fit for each other.

Step 6: Job offer

If all goes well, we will make you an offer and work with you to agree a start date. Congratulations and welcome to the Accenture family!

Training is a key priority for our graduates. We know that you’re keen to get up to speed, and we have a structured training curriculum to support you and this will continue throughout your career at Accenture. Our world-class training will help you build foundational skills, but the real-world experience of solving client problems is where you’ll really accelerate your development. We seek to give you a wide variety of project work as part of the graduate experience.

Graduate positions are highly competitive. We typically receive thousands of applications for a small number of positions. If you did not get offered with a position in Accenture Intelligent Operations but we think you could be a good fit for other parts of Accenture, we may offer you another graduate role.

A STEM degree is highly desirable but we welcome applicants from all disciplines, once you have a passion for technology.

Yes, we’re open to candidates applying again for our graduate experience. We strongly encourage you to take our previous feedback on board and demonstrate how you have addressed it to increase your chances of success.

Yes, in the application form you will be welcome to state your preferred Accenture office.

  • Build towards accreditations in specialist tools and technologies.
