CyberCX - Strategic Accounts / Sales Director
This role is with CyberCX, part of Accenture.
Looking after enterprise clients across Sydney and NSW, this role is 60% focused on Existing Accounts and 40% on New Business.
The successful candidate have significant experience working with a variety Government clients and will have previous experience of selling services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, implement, manage and maintain high detailed account plans specific to strategic customer accounts
- Identify, develop and implement opportunities & solutions for business improvement and strategic new business opportunities
- Own your customers’ experience and journey from solution proposition through transition to delivery
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering to understand client needs and preferences
- Working closely with strategic customers to determine their present and future needs, and propose suitable solutions in order to maintain and grow revenue for CyberCX
- Operate as the lead point of contact for account relationship matters in specified strategic accounts
- Maintain exceptionally strong knowledge of CyberCX service offerings and present them with clarity, credibility and conviction
- Respond to customer requirements, including requests for quotes/proposals/tenders and customer workshops
- Develop, coordinate and contribute to scoping of key tactical opportunities, such as multi-practice RFPs and proposal artefacts for strategic accounts
- Identify, develop and implement opportunities for business improvement and strategic new business opportunities
- Assist with coordination and flow of executive briefings and workshops, as well as compilation of relevant minutes & actions
- Participate in the production of high-quality client-specific solution materials, as well as collateral for executive briefings and client capability workshops
- Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers
- Maintain up to date CRM records for nominated accounts
- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Update and prepare sales reports for management as required
- Mentor and coach less experienced members of the Customer Sales team, if required
- Previous experience of Business Development and Account Management of customer-focused solutions experience with meaningful experience communicating cyber security services, information security services or technology services to enterprise size clients
- A demonstrated technical education, experience and/or background in cyber security
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and impeccable communication skills with an ability to build credibility both internally and externally at all levels
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- High performing, outcome-focused and self-motivated
- Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
