Workforce Strategy Consultant
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Talent & Workforce transformation projects, including strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, skills-based organization design, and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Analyze workforce, skills, and business data to identify insights and recommendations that improve talent deployment, workforce effectiveness, and productivity.
- Assist in the assessment of workforce challenges related to AI adoption, automation, and evolving business requirements.
- Contribute to the development of workforce transformation roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support client recommendations and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, HR, learning, technology, data, and change management workstreams.
- Develop client-ready deliverables, presentations, and workshop materials that communicate complex workforce insights clearly and effectively.
- Contribute to internal capability-building efforts, including knowledge sharing, proposal support, and development of practice assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, workforce strategy, human capital consulting, organizational transformation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into meaningful insights
- Experience working with data, research, and business analysis to support strategic recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within team environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to skills-based workforce approaches, workforce analytics, or AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, talent intelligence, HR technology, or skills management platforms.
- Knowledge of workforce trends and talent dynamics across Southeast Asia.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
