Join our dynamic B2B Customer Growth Strategy team, helping leading organisations unlock trapped revenue, accelerate growth across strategic customers and operationalise client-led growth.

We specialise in helping organisations identify where growth is stalling, uncover opportunities for expansion, align commercial teams around priority customers and buying groups, and design repeatable approaches to accelerate revenue growth. Our work sits at the intersection of customer growth strategy, customer insight, strategic account growth, commercial transformation and revenue acceleration.

The role

As a Senior Content Strategist, you’ll combine sharp B2B copywriting with strategic content consulting. You’ll help clients turn customer-growth ambitions into content strategies that grow their footprint in priority accounts and buying groups.

You’ll work closely with client stakeholders to understand their commercial priorities, shape the right narrative and messaging, and create the content needed to support strategic account growth, ABM, go-to-market activity and brand initiatives.

From messaging frameworks and creative concepts to campaign assets, toolkits, thought leadership, web copy and social content, you’ll make complex ideas clear, compelling, and actionable. You’ll also help ensure internal teams are aligned around the right story to engage key buying groups.

You’ll be a trusted client partner, a brand champion, and a quality guardian. Working with writers, consultants, producers, and designers, you’ll keep work on brief, on brand, on time, and on budget.

You’ll also help improve how we work—using AI and smarter production processes to raise quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, customer growth, ABM and GTM—particularly in B2B Tech.

  • Ability to turn commercial challenges into clear, audience-led content strategies and programs.

  • Excellent B2B writing, editing, and messaging skills.

  • Strong creative thinking, with the ability to develop compelling concepts across channels and formats.

  • Confident, consultative client communication and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to lead through influence and bring multidisciplinary teams together.

  • Strong editorial judgement and a high bar for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and delivery management skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Practical understanding of AI tools for content creation, workflow optimisation, and production efficiency.

Experience

  • At least seven years’ experience in B2B content strategy, copywriting, editorial, or related roles within a consultancy, creative agency, marketing agency, or similar environment.

  • Experience developing content strategies, messaging, creative concepts, and multichannel campaigns for complex B2B organisations.

  • Experience working directly with senior clients and stakeholders.

  • Experience reviewing and improving the work of other writers or content contributors.

  • Working knowledge of content management systems, project-management tools, AI tools, and relevant marketing technology.
