About the role
We're seeking a Delivery Lead to support the successful delivery of client engagements across strategy, creative and technology teams.
You will translate scope into executable plans, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee delivery performance across quality, timelines and commercials. You will develop a strong understanding of client objectives, delivery priorities and team interdependencies to proactively manage risks, resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Working closely with clients, project teams and leadership, you will contribute to successful delivery outcomes while continuing to build your leadership and commercial capability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of defined workstreams or smaller engagements, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget and quality expectations.
Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and integrated delivery approaches.
Build a strong understanding of client objectives, priorities and business outcomes to ensure delivery remains aligned to client needs.
Understand project team structures, roles, responsibilities and interdependencies to coordinate effective delivery across disciplines.
Monitor delivery health, identifying emerging risks, bottlenecks and areas where projects may be falling behind plan.
Develop and implement action plans to address delivery challenges, improve team effectiveness and maintain delivery momentum.
Coordinate resources across project teams, balancing demand, capacity and capability requirements.
Manage project financials including forecasting, tracking, reporting and supporting variance management.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, issues and outcomes.
Maintain delivery governance including plans, RAID logs, status reporting, financial tracking and action management.
Facilitate resolution of issues and dependencies, engaging appropriate stakeholders and escalating where additional support or decisions are required.
Contribute to estimating, planning, scoping and proposal activities for new opportunities.
Promote collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across project teams.
Support the development of team capability through coaching, knowledge sharing and constructive feedback.
Qualifications
Experience delivering projects, workstreams or engagements within complex client environments.
Strong delivery management foundations, including planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience managing project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking and variance management.
Ability to quickly understand client objectives and translate them into practical delivery priorities.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary team structures and how strategy, creative, technology and client teams work together to deliver outcomes.
Ability to assess delivery health, identify emerging issues and proactively implement corrective actions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the judgement to escalate issues appropriately when support is required.
Experience developing delivery plans, managing dependencies and coordinating teams to achieve outcomes.
Confident communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience contributing to estimation, planning and proposal activities.
Comfortable working across strategy, creative and technology teams.
Experience working within consulting, agency or professional services environments is highly regarded.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP or related project delivery certifications are advantageous.
