Industrial Strategy Executive– Netherlands & Nordic Industrials, Denmark
Accenture's Industrials Reinvention Partner practice works with the region's most complex and consequential industrial companies — and we're growing fast. We combine deep industry insight, AI-led business strategy and a full suite of reinvention capabilities to help our clients fundamentally transform how they create value.
We are seeing unprecedented demand across our Nordic and Netherlands portfolio — spanning industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace & defence, and transport & logistics — and we are looking for a senior strategy professional who can own and grow a business, not just deliver into one.
What you will do
As a senior member of our industrials team, you will:
- Identify, shape and lead the largest value creation opportunities at our priority accounts
- Engage and inspire C-suite executives — setting agendas, not responding to them
- Build and manage your own business portfolio across multiple accounts and opportunities
- Sell and deliver high-impact industrial reinvention, from strategy through execution
- Lead and develop teams of industrial consultants
- Work closely with account leadership and global industry experts to bring the best of Accenture to clients
What we are looking for
- At least 7 years of experience in industrial strategy or comparable senior advisory roles, with a proven track record in strategy consulting — both selling and delivering
- Deep expertise in one or more strategy domains: industrial reinvention, growth strategy, cost and productivity transformation, operating model redesign, and/or technology strategy
- Established relationships and direct experience with industrial companies across the Netherlands and Nordics — in industrial equipment, automotive, A&D or T&L
- A value-focused way of working, with the ability to lead rigorous quantitative analysis and make it actionable at board level
- Demonstrated success building trust with executive stakeholders and winning significant mandates
- A builder's mindset: you want to grow a business, not just fill a role
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more Nordic or Dutch languages is a strong advantage
- Based in Helsinki, Stockholm or Gothenburg; willingness to travel across the Netherlands and Nordics
What's in it for you
- A high-impact, high-autonomy role with real business ownership from day one
- Direct access to the largest industrial clients in the Nordics and Netherlands
- A platform — Accenture's accounts, ecosystem and capabilities — to build something significant
- Strong peer group of senior industry leaders across EMEA and globally
- Continuous development through mentoring, global knowledge networks and hands-on reinvention work
- Competitive compensation and benefits
- A culture that values both performance and people — without trading one for the other
