Internship M&A Business Strategy
Our Global M&A practice combines business and technology expertise, providing services along the entire M&A transaction lifecycle. As an intern, you will actively support the M&A team in serving clients across industries and geographies.
You will take part in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases, working with our teams on:
- Carve-outs and divestures where you will take part in the planning, follow-up and execution of separation activities
- Merger integrations to help our clients plan and successfully execute integration phases across all functions (IT, operations, finance, HR, supply chain, procurement etc.)
- IT and technology due diligence projects, focusing on enterprise IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities, and AI readiness

Strategy & Consulting is one of five services that make up one Accenture – the others are Operations, Technology, Song and Industry X.
What you will need
- In the process of obtaining your graduate degree (e.g. MSc, PhD, MBA) in business, finance, economics, engineering or comparable fields
- Above average grades
- Strong interest in M&A, strategy consulting, technology and AI
- Fluent in English, Fluent in Dutch is preferred
