Key Responsibilities

• Assess current-state IT environments, including organization structure, governance, processes, and sourcing models
• Identify improvement opportunities across people, process, technology, and data to align IT capabilities with business strategy
• Design target-state IT operating models, including organizational structures, capability models (Run, Change, Transform), and governance frameworks
• Define delivery and sourcing strategies, including in-house, managed services, and hybrid models
• Develop service management frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and performance monitoring mechanisms
• Establish governance structures across portfolio, architecture, security, and service management domains
• Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans to enable effective execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Cybersecurity, PMO) to ensure integrated solutions
• Support stakeholder engagement with senior client leadership, contributing to business case development and strategic alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT strategy, operating model design, or enterprise transformation programs
• Proven experience delivering large-scale consulting or transformation engagements aligned to defined roadmaps
• Strong understanding of IT domains including applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and PMO functions
• Knowledge of governance and service management frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO standards
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business strategy into operating model designs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with C-level stakeholders and leading client-facing engagements
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate
• Familiarity with agile and scaled agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, ICAgile)
• Experience supporting governance setup, transformation offices (PMO/TMO), or value realization frameworks
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio to develop high-quality deliverables (e.g. org designs, capability maps, process flows)
• Experience in cross-geography team collaboration and global delivery environments
