Are you a true team player who wants to be part of an organization that strives to make a difference by innovating with a purpose? Are you highly motivated to shape the AI-driven future of finance for the Nordic banking, insurance and pension industry together with our clients?

Accenture’s Finance Reinvention Partner would like to hear from you!

As part of Accenture’s Finance Reinvention Partner team you will help Financial Services organizations – banks, insurers and pension providers – unlock their potential and make Reinvention part of your career. The world of Financial Services finance is being redrawn: AI and agentic automation are turning the finance function from a scorekeeper into the architect of enterprise value, while a relentless wave of regulation and reporting change keeps complexity high. CFOs in banking, insurance and pensions are responding by breaking down data silos, automating the core, and shifting talent from historical reporting to forward-looking, predictive insight.

We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager for our Finance Reinvention Partner team in Stockholm and Helsinki, with a dedicated focus on Financial Services clients across banking, insurance and pensions.

To succeed in the role you are a driven, ambitious, and proactive leader who enjoys drawing and explaining the bigger picture, while still having a practical, hands-on approach and deep finance expertise. You will own client relationships at CFO and Controller level, drive business development and originate new opportunities, and ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. As a Manager or Senior Manager you will also help shape our Financial Services finance proposition, coach and develop junior colleagues, and help grow the practice.

What you will do

  • Finance operating model and shared service / GBS design for banks, insurers and pension providers – moving finance from scorekeeper to strategic value architect

  • Finance platform and data transformation (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan) to build an AI-ready digital core and modernise fragmented FS finance and risk data landscapes

  • Regulatory, controls and reporting transformation across FS-specific frameworks (IFRS 17, IFRS 9, Solvency II, Basel/CRR, DORA, the EU AI Act) and faster, more reliable financial, actuarial and regulatory close

  • Reinvention of core finance operations through AI, GenAI and agentic automation – designing autonomous, audit-compliant processes and Human + Machine finance teams

  • Connected planning, forecasting and enterprise performance management – replacing static budgets with scenario modelling, predictive insight and decision intelligence for FS clients

  • Enterprise value creation and resilience – capital allocation, balance sheet and liquidity optimization, treasury, and post-M&A finance integration in banking, insurance and pensions

  • Strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency, combined with originating and leading business development and proposals across our Financial Services accounts

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering or Business, with strong academic performance

  • 5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of strategy, management consulting and/or industry experience related to the CFO Agenda – e.g. finance transformation, finance operating model, enterprise performance management, finance platform and data transformation – ideally within or serving Financial Services (banking, insurance and/or pensions).

  • A background from Big Four or a comparable strategy / management consultancy is a strong advantage, particularly within a finance, risk or Financial Services practice

  • Understanding of Financial Services finance and the regulatory and reporting landscape that shapes it – for example IFRS 17, IFRS 9, Solvency II, Basel/CRR, DORA or the EU AI Act – and how AI and data are reshaping the finance function

  • A proven track record of leading teams and workstreams, managing senior client stakeholders, and contributing to business development, sales and proposals (with greater ownership expected at Senior Manager level)

  • Experience from diverse projects and teams

  • Fluent in English (incl. experience with written and oral presentations in English) and Swedish, conducting interviews and workshops facilitation
