All About You

You are a commercially-driven Retail Media leader who operates equally well in a growth conversation and a delivery governance meeting. You bring deep fluency in the Retail Media landscape from the sell-side and retailer perspective. You understand how RMNs are built, monetized, and scaled — and you can translate that expertise into compelling points of view that open doors with prospective retailer, commerce and brand clients. You are a confident storyteller, a credible advisor, and a trusted operator who clients want in the room for both the pitch and the delivery.

You thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where ambiguity is the norm and momentum must be created, not inherited. You connect internal capability to external opportunity with precision by knowing when to bring in product, engineering, data, or operations to shape a solution that wins and delivers. You take accountability for outcomes on both sides of the signature line.

The Job

As a Client Strategy & Delivery LeaderRetail & Commerce Media, you will help drive the origination and/or delivery of Retail & Commerce Media engagements.  You will work with a variety of clients, with work spanning from pipeline development and solution shaping, through engagement governance, delivery and client relationship health.

This role is best suited for a leader who is energized by growth, trusted by clients, and disciplined enough to hold delivery quality to the same standard as commercial ambition.

Responsibilities:

  • Help originate and develop new Retail & Commerce Media business opportunities and GTM strategies with retailers, commerce companies and brands

  • Support and maintain a qualified pipeline of RMN engagements across strategy, platform, data, and operations service lines

  • Lead solution shaping and proposal development for new client opportunities  by synthesizing client needs with Accenture's retail media capabilities

  • Play a leadership role in shaping RFP responses, executive presentations, and orals in partnership with practice leadership and capability leads

  • Own the transition from business development into delivery, ensuring continuity of relationship, scope clarity, and operational readiness

  • Serve as the senior relationship owner across important client engagements

  • Help oversee delivery governance across cross functional retail & commerce teams

  • Manage engagement health across scope, resourcing, timeline, and commercial performance by escalating and resolving risk at pace

  • Contribute to the development of reusable RMN solution frameworks, client accelerators, and go-to-market assets

Must Have

  • 10+ years of experience in retail media, digital media, ad tech, or commerce, including 4+ years in a client-facing business development or account leadership role

  • 5+ years experience leading or overseeing complex, multi-workstream client engagements from kickoff through steady-state delivery

  • 4+ years in a consultative role selling skills, building trust and presenting to C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Deep knowledge of the Retail Media Network landscape including platform architecture, ad products, measurement, and monetization models from the sell-side or retailer perspective

  • Prior experience at a major retailer, retail media network, or RMN technology provider

  • Experience in Media or Advertising Sales / Client Services

  • Experience with RMN platform vendors such as Criteo, Epsilon, Kevel, CitrusAd, or Microsoft PromoteIQ

  • Understanding of clean room platforms, identity resolution, and privacy-safe data collaboration
