All About You
You are an organized, client-oriented delivery professional with experience managing retail media or digital media engagements across multiple internal teams. You understand the mechanics of how campaigns, platforms, and data products get activated — and you take personal accountability for ensuring those handoffs happen cleanly and on time.
You are a clear communicator and a reliable coordinator. You manage up, down, and across with equal ease by keeping clients informed, internal teams aligned, and delivery milestones visible to everyone who needs to see them. You don't wait for problems to escalate; you spot risk early, flag it clearly, and propose a path forward by taking ownership of outcomes.
The Job
As a Delivery Manager, Retail & Commerce Media, you will manage day-to-day execution across a set of client engagements — coordinating across Sales, Ad Operations, Data & Insights, Product, and Finance to ensure deliverables are on track, issues are surfaced and resolved quickly, and clients remain confident in the partnership.
You will own project plans, track milestones, facilitate cross-functional workstream meetings, and maintain delivery documentation for your portfolio of engagements. This role emphasizes execution discipline, stakeholder communication, and proactive risk management.
Responsibilities
-
Manage day-to-day project execution across a portfolio of retailer and brand client engagements
-
Build and maintain project plans, status trackers, and delivery documentation
-
Facilitate cross-functional workstream meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed on time
-
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for delivery status, milestone updates, and issue resolution
-
Coordinate campaign activation, reporting timelines, and billing milestones across Ad Operations, Data & Insights, and Finance
-
Identify and escalate delivery risks proactively, with a proposed resolution path
-
Support the Client Lead in preparing executive business reviews, QBRs, and client-facing status reports
-
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and ensure knowledge is captured and transferable across engagements
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and onboarding playbooks
-
Support scoping and transition planning for new client engagements as they move from Sales into delivery
Must Have:
-
5+ years of experience in delivery, project management, client success, or program coordination in retail media, ad tech, digital media, or a similarly complex B2B services environment
-
3+ years managing multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining delivery documentation, and communicating clearly with both client and internal stakeholders
Nice to Have:
-
Familiarity with retail media workflows like campaign management, reporting, billing
-
PMP, Agile, or equivalent delivery methodology experience
-
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders
-
Collaborative team leader, excelling in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional environments
-
Entrepreneurial and product-minded, with the ability to think creatively and pragmatically to solve complex problem
-
Growth-oriented mindset, approaching client challenges with ownership, accountability, and a focus on long-term value creation
