Deine Mission
Du analysierst, gestaltest und optimierst Fondsprozesse über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg – von Distribution bis Servicing. Dabei entwickelst du effiziente Operating Models und stellst sicher, dass fachliche Anforderungen nachhaltig in operative Lösungen überführt werden.

Das erwartet dich
Fondsprozesse gestalten: Du analysierst und optimierst End-to-End Prozesse entlang des gesamten Lifecycles (Distribution, Dealing, Settlement, Servicing).
Operating Models entwickeln: Du definierst effiziente Zielbilder für Abläufe, Rollen und Governance-Strukturen.
Fachliche Anforderungen treiben: Du formulierst, priorisierst und konkretisierst Anforderungen aus Business- und Operations-Sicht.
Gap-Analysen durchführen: Du identifizierst Schwachstellen in Prozessen, Systemen und Organisationen und entwickelst konkrete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
Umsetzung begleiten: Du unterstützt Migrationen, Rollouts und Operational Readiness aus fachlicher Perspektive.
Darauf freuen wir uns
Mehrjährige Erfahrung (ca. 8–15 Jahre) im Fonds- oder Kapitalmarktumfeld
Tiefes Verständnis von Fondsprozessen entlang des gesamten Lifecycles
Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
Fähigkeit, komplexe fachliche Anforderungen strukturiert zu erfassen und umzusetzen
Sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit Fachbereichen und Operations
➕ Nice-to-have: Marktinfrastruktur, regulatorische Anforderungen oder komplexe Betriebsmodelle
