Client Account Lead (Junior) – Government-Linked Corporations Accenture | Singapore
About the Role
Accenture is looking for a high-calibre emerging Client Account Lead to take on a strategic role within one of our most significant Government-Linked Corporation (GLC) portfolios in Singapore. This is an opportunity to work with institutions that sit at the heart of Singapore's economic development — organisations where transformation ambition is high, stakeholder complexity is real, and the work genuinely matters at a national scale.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and relationship anchor, partnering with senior stakeholders across business and technology to drive meaningful, lasting change. This role offers direct exposure to commercial strategy, regional account leadership, and Accenture's most complex transformation mandates — with a defined pathway to full Client Account Lead ownership.
If you are a sharp, client-obsessed professional who understands how Singapore's GLC ecosystem operates and wants to grow at the forefront of it, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders across a flagship Singapore GLC client
- Navigate complex institutional dynamics, understanding how strategy, governance, and policy priorities intersect in a GLC context
- Represent Accenture with credibility and commercial maturity at Director, VP, and C-suite levels
Transformation Delivery
- Partner with clients to translate organisational and national priorities into actionable transformation programmes spanning digital, operations, data/AI, or core technology
- Collaborate with Accenture's cross-functional teams — across the various reinvention partners and engines to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions
- Support the execution of large-scale programmes where pace, precision, and stakeholder alignment are non-negotiable
Account Growth & Commercial Development
- Identify and shape new opportunities within the account, contributing to pipeline development, deal structuring, and proposal efforts
- Support commercial tracking across revenue, pipeline, and key account metrics
- Develop deep fluency in the client's evolving business agenda and translate that into Accenture growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- At least 12+ years of experience in consulting, account management, or a senior client-facing role
- Demonstrated experience working with or within Singapore GLCs, statutory boards, or government-linked organisations — or strong familiarity with how these institutions operate
- Proven track record engaging Director to C-suite stakeholders with confidence and commercial insight
- Experience contributing to or leading large-scale transformation programmes in complex, matrixed environments
- Exposure to deal shaping, commercial discussions, and account growth activities
- Ability to operate across Southeast Asian markets and multicultural teams
- Strong knowledge of complex programs of work with digital core - SAP
