Role: Sales & Delivery - Contract Management
Talent Segment: Legal and Commercial
At Accenture, we are modern contract managers — commercially driven, technology-enabled, and focused on delivering measurable value for our clients and our business.
Our Contract Management team is a strategic discipline at the intersection of commercial insight, risk management, client relationships, and business value creation. We do more than manage contractual obligations: we shape decisions, anticipate challenges, protect value, and drive successful outcomes across the contract lifecycle.
Working closely with business leadership, corporate functions, and client stakeholders, Contract Managers play a critical role in navigating complexity and translating contractual frameworks into practical business solutions. We integrate digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions, analytics, and automation into how we work. Our teams apply continuous learning to improve efficiency, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and focus effort where it has the greatest impact.
From deal shaping and negotiation support to governance, change management, and issue resolution, our focus is on enabling data-informed decisions and delivering sustainable value to our stakeholders with confidence.

5. Support change and commercial mechanisms — Document change impacts, operate commercial mechanisms and flag where scope or demand has moved beyond the baseline.
6. Contribute to governance — Prepare and contribute to internal and client governance, surfacing relevant contract and commercial topics.
7. Engage in pre-award support — Contribute to deal shaping, drafting, review and negotiation support on contract documents alongside legal, finance and the business, including peer guidance to junior team members.
