The Business Operations Associate Manager provides operations support to the MU (across CGs) to deliver business outcomes, enabling the MU Business Leaders to make agile decisions and drive actions to improve business performance. The role works directly with the MU Business Operations Lead and other CGs Business Operations Leadership.

Using multiple data sets, the Bus Ops Associate Manager will provide data-driven business analysis and insights that Business Leaders can use to drive outcomes. As a trusted business advisor, he/she will bring together data sets from different reports and tools, then work with the Bus Ops Leads to identify business performance hot spots and problem areas.

  • Understands Business/Finance Metrics and analyses key data and prepares insights for MU/Market reviews
  • Analyze and provide insights on monthly, quarterly or ad hoc performance metrics to help leadership run their respective portfolios, understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements
    • Integrate data to produce analytics across multiple dimensions of business- Finance, Sales, Talent, Quality, Delivery and others as needed
    • Provide analysis and actionable insights on budgeting, forecasting, sales, pipeline, revenue etc.
    • identify and investigate deviations and help develop remediation actions
  • Drives implementation and tracking of MU profitability and cost management initiatives as needed
  • Manages and monitors MU implementation of the Delivery strategic initiatives and programs
  • Adopt standard practices/assets of our global organization in accordance with global directions and rules; develop operational excellence initiatives to improve performance and efficiency
  • Coordinate/ prepare dashboards and presentations using visualization tools for regular business reviews
  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance requirements, and promote responsible data management practices
