Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery

Lead projects and teams to solve complex business challenges, delivering clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.

Manage workstreams independently, identifying value opportunities and ensuring successful outcomes.

Oversee and conduct analysis, client interviews, and workshops.

Develop presentations and communicate strategies and recommendations effectively.
-
Support initiatives across strategy, GTM, growth, operating model, and process design.
-
Build strong senior client relationships and contribute innovative ideas.

Coach and mentor team members to strengthen consulting capabilities.
Practice Building
-
Contribute to developing Accenture Strategy offerings, assets, and thought leadership.

Support business development through market research and proposal creation.
-
Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to training and performance management.
Required Experience
-
Strong academic background from a reputable institution.
-
Proven experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry roles, ideally within capital or commodity markets.
-
Good understanding of global markets, trends, and financial ecosystems.
-
Exposure to industries such as energy, resources, Oil & Gas, commodities, or capital markets is a plus.
-
Experience in project management, client engagement, and team leadership.
-
Solid knowledge of strategy frameworks, research, and data analysis.
-
Strong quantitative skills (e.g., Excel, with additional modelling tools as an advantage).

Experience in financial analysis, business case development, and interpreting financial statements.
-
Experience delivering complex consulting or strategic engagements.
-
Exposure to digital, analytics, or AI-related work is advantageous.

Strong communication skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
