The primary responsibility of this role is to be a Value architect in medium sized to large opportunities that may involve solutioning and estimation of Systems Integration, Application Development, Data Migration, Governance, Functional Leadership and more. Support of Application Maintenance and Apps-Infrastructure Support engagements is also required. The ideal candidate will leverage deep solutioning and delivery experience to individually create solutions and collaborate with clients to co-create strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, with the ability to individually create Solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas, while being able to develop these in a collaborative basis with the client including advising/co-creating the solutions. 

You are
A growth focused sales delivery professional who has successfully created positive impact through year on year business expansion. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud based technologies.

Individuals in this role will collaborate with other Sales professionals, Industry Client Account Leads and Account Executives to identify, pursue and close new business opportunities in existing and new accounts.

The Work
The primary responsibility of this role is to be a Value architect in medium sized to large opportunities involving AMS, SI-AMS and AMS-IMS, with the ability to individually create Solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas, while being able to develop these in a collaborative basis with the client including advising/co-creating the solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create Enterprise solutions closely with Accenture leads and clients

  • Participate and/or lead solution discussions and client meetings – both for proactive and reactive (RFP driven) deals

  • Build strong and sustainable relationships during the solutioning process with clients, delivery and sales

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:
Minimum of 5 years in the following:

  • Being part of pre-sales teams or activities involved in scoping, estimation, costing and solution orals presentation etc., during sales cycle.

  • Expertise on AO/SI solutioning

  • Delivery experience in AMS/SI/IMS either as Client facing or offshore accountable lead.

  • Expert in formulating the solution storyline, ability to collaborate in creating client value propositions,

Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or two major industries (RES, PRD, FS, H&PS, CMT)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)


Professional Skills Requirement

  • Expert in formulating the solution storyline, ability to collaborate in creating client value propositions,

  • Good hustling ability/resourcefulness,

  • Product/concept selling, Pre-sales/Solution Architecting,

  • Executive Presence and experience in one or two major industries (RES, PRD, FS, H&PS, CMT)

  • Ability to think on the feet, quickly ramp-up on new and upcoming skills .

  • Experience of working in a matrix organization made up of multi-discipline teams.

  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationship with key stakeholders.

  • Good understanding of the application and infrastructure ecosystem in terms of Products and technologies.

  • Ability to understand client business and technology drivers- business IT alignment.

  • Strong capability to estimate, size, identify dependencies/assumptions in solutioning.

  • Ability to work across levels at the client; exposure to NA geography is a good additional skill

  • Strong aptitude to be an individual contributor.

  • Working knowledge of financials, cost-price-margin understanding and basic ability to discern deal shapes.

  • Expert in excel and other Microsoft applications.

  • Experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops and joint solutioning sessions.


Bonus points if you have

  • Strong Application maintenance or Systems integration expertise in a domain with preference being in ERP (SAP or Oracle) but any other area is fine as well

  • Experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops, joint solutioning sessions, co-creation sessions will be an added plus
