Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor and a hands-on transformation leader — helping clients define their supply chain vision, craft actionable roadmaps, and manage the delivery of initiatives that address both long-term strategic priorities and short-term operational challenges. Engage deeply with client leadership, develop compelling business cases, and drive value realization across engagements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain transformation projects, balancing long-term strategic design with pragmatic execution.
- Define client supply chain strategies, operating models, and digital roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
-Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and
solutioning to grow business
- Identify key opportunities for value creation — from cost reduction and service improvement to risk mitigation and process excellence.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle
-Lead and support development of cutting-edge points of view and articles that drive Accenture equity in
the market
- Drive business development by contributing to proposal creation and shaping new opportunities.
- Support capability building, practice development, and thought leadership within the Supply Chain & Operations team.
-Coach team members on activities such as as-is process and maturity assessment, technology
evaluation, opportunity identification, business case and roadmap creation along with implementation of recommendations
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills: Digital Supply Chain Experience in India Market
Strong program management skills such as budget management, project planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills
Excellent data analytics, data interpretation and presentation skills
Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in Digital supply Chain Space
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/MBA preferred
