The role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor & Account Executive with proven experience working with CISO, CIO, and senior IT and business stakeholders to develop strategic directions, establish operating models, and lead transformation initiatives.

This is a hybrid role where you will combine strategic work with practical cybersecurity consulting, working closely with our clients and internal security experts.

You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships, understanding customer needs in depth, and tailoring cybersecurity solutions that create real business value. With your commercial mindset and technical credibility, you will act as a trusted advisor while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across our Cybersecurity practice.

Key responsibilities

  • Experience working with C-level executives and cybersecurity leadership to build long-term relationships and jointly develop strategic direction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, shaping their cybersecurity needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business challenges into tailored cybersecurity solutions
  • Work hands-on within IT security, contributing to delivery alongside your business development responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with internal cybersecurity teams and stakeholders
  • Support clients across a broad range of cybersecurity areas, from advisory to implementation
  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in business development, ideally within consulting or IT/security services
  • Experience within cybersecurity – either from consulting or in-house roles
  • Based in the Stockholm area
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Required qualifications & skills

  • Experience across one or more cybersecurity domains such as:
    • Identity & Access Management
    • Information Security / GRC
    • AI Security
    • Application Security
    • OT Security
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into value-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with technical credibility

Nice to have

  • Experience working with complex enterprise clients
  • Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ISO 27001)
