SAP S/4 Senior Manager or Senior SAP Leader
We are looking for a senior level professional who brings a strong balance of commercial acumen, delivery excellence, and stakeholder leadership, combined with a proven consulting background. In this role, you will help clients navigate complex SAP-led business transformations and turn ambitious programmes into measurable business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 transformation programmes (greenfield, brownfield, or selective).
Manage complex, multi-country and multi-stream deployments.
Oversee key programme elements, including S/4, integration, data migration, testing, and cutover.
Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
Drive governance through steering committees and executive forums.
Support and lead deal shaping, proposals, and client negotiations.
Ensure strong commercial control (scope, change management, pricing, and margins).
Translate business needs into clear transformation roadmaps and drive adoption.
Lead large distributed teams across onshore and offshore models.
Manage risks, financials, and complex delivery challenges, ensuring successful outcomes.
Key requirements:
Extensive experience (+10 years) leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem (S/4, integration landscape, data migration, testing, cutover).
Proven background in managing complex international programmes across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Experience operating in a client-facing leadership role, including engagement with executive stakeholders and governance forums.
Demonstrated success in combining sales, commercial awareness, and delivery leadership in programme environments.
Previous experience in a tier-1 consulting environment, with strong structured problem-solving and transformation advisory skills.
Fluency in English is required; Finnish is a plus. You must be authorised to work in Finland.
Bonus if you have:
Industry experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain-heavy environments.
Experience with AI and automation in SAP programmes.
Exposure to global delivery models and GCC setups.
