About the role

We are hiring a senior leader who operates across every workstream on a major S/4HANA programme and owns the moments where they all converge.

Your primary specialism is Cross functional design, Testing, Cutover, and cross-functional issue resolution across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Commercial, Data, and others.

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional issue resolution: Unblock the integrated defects, design gaps, and master data dependencies that no single workstream can solve alone. Run the triage forums, broker decisions, and escalate to Leadership.

  • Support testing strategy and lead or participate in implementation: SIT, UAT, regression, integration, performance, and validation testing for a multi-country rollout, AI-accelerated where possible.

  • Run the cutover programme: Mock cycles, dress rehearsals, data migration cutover, go/no-go governance, command centre, and hypercare.

  • Operate across all S/4 workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Commercial, Data & Analytics, etc: translating between functional design and integrated end-to-end scenarios.

  • Connect delivery to transformation: Read test and cutover findings as operating model, process, and change adoption signals: not just technical defects, and engage business leadership in their language.

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years in SAP-led transformations, with at least two S/4HANA go-lives in regulated industries (pharma, medtech, biotech).

  • Cross-functional S/4 fluency: credible across modules

  • Proven leadership of large-scale test programmes and cutover playbooks;

  • Working knowledge of GxP, GAMP 5, and computer systems validation.

  • Fluent English and Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on use of GenAI for test generation, requirements analysis, or defect triage.

  • Exposure to, Signavio, LeanIX, or SAP BTP.
