Sales Operation Support - Korean Speaking
Candidate will be supporting account business operations with responsibilities such as:
Managed key customer accounts and oversaw the full supply chain process, including product planning, demand and supply, backlog, rebates, inventory, and daily logistics issues.
Served as the main contact for global accounts, working with teams across supply, logistics, finance, and operations to handle supply requests and ensure smooth order delivery.
Work closely with customers and supply teams to improve short-term demand forecast accuracy by understanding sales strategies, market trends, production plans, inventory, and sales data.
Align customers and internal teams with business goals to drive growth and achieve targets.
Responsible for revenue management, including accurate updates in the system, regular alignment with field teams and customers, rebate forecasting, payment and credit note handling, and ensuring audit compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Business, Economics or Supply Chain concentrations preferred.
Minimum 2 years related experience are preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze complex data.
Experience in managing stakeholders and interacting directly with customers is required.
Capable of quickly understanding issues and driving solutions.
Experienced in operating SAP/ similar MRP systems.
Proficient in Korean and English
