Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Data Product Manager. This role combines responsibilities across data, product, and project management, ensuring that data initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value. The Data Product Manager acts as a subject matter expert, leads and manages the team, takes ownership of key decisions, and collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Data and/or Product roles
Proven expertise as a senior specialist with the ability to lead and manage teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Program and Project Management
Strong experience interacting with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Ability to take accountability for team decisions and performance
Responsibilities
Ensure alignment between project objectives and business goals, guaranteeing value delivery
Lead and coordinate data and product initiatives, acting as the main decision owner
Manage and mitigate project risks, defining and executing mitigation strategies
Promote collaboration across different teams to improve communication and optimize workflows
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and tools
Contribute to project documentation and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability
Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate data capabilities into product outcomes
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high performance and delivery quality
Nice to Have
Advanced proficiency in Business Operations Management
Advanced knowledge of Project, Program, and Portfolio Governance
Experience with Data and AI Solution Architecture
Background in Data Engineering and ETL pipelines
Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
