Deine Mission
Du führst Kunden durch komplexe Transformationsvorhaben in Fondsoperationen und Marktinfrastruktur – von Zielbild und Architektur‑Logik bis zur Umsetzung und Stabilisierung. Du übersetzt Business‑Ziele in umsetzbare Roadmaps, steuerst Stakeholder und treibst messbare Ergebnisse voran.
Das erwartet dich
Programme & Workstreams leiten Du verantwortest (Teil‑)Projekte entlang des Fonds‑Lifecycles (Onboarding, Dealing, Settlement, Servicing) – inkl. Scope, Plan, Risiken und Ergebnisqualität.
Operating Model & Target State entwickeln Du gestaltest Ziel‑Operating‑Models, Prozess‑ und Kontrollrahmen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit Business, IT und Providern um.
Integrations‑ und Lösungsdesign verantworten Du steuerst die Integration über Transfer Agent, Custodian, Distributor und Marktinfrastruktur hinweg – inkl. Daten‑/Schnittstellen‑Design und Entscheidungslogik.
Teams & Stakeholder managen Du führst Projektteams, moderierst Entscheider‑Runden und sorgst für klare Kommunikation zwischen Fachbereich, IT und externen Partnern.
Go‑Live & Transformation absichern Du steuerst Testing‑Strategie, Cutover, Rollout und Hypercare – mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Compliance und Skalierbarkeit.

8–15 Jahre Erfahrung im Fonds‑Umfeld (Asset Management, Fund Administration, Custody, Consulting o. Ä.) mit nachweisbarer Delivery‑Verantwortung
Tiefes Verständnis zentraler Fondsoperationen (z. B. Subscriptions/Redemptions, NAV‑Zyklen, Transfer Agency)
Erfahrung in End‑to‑End Transformation (TOM‑Bausteine, Migrationen, Plattformwechsel, Automatisierung)
Souveränes Stakeholder‑Management an der Schnittstelle Business/IT/Vendor (Requirements, Solution Concepts, Governance)
